The records probably came to the museum when Hollis French donated his large collection of silver to the museum in 1940. Scope and Contents Joe Kisvardai was born in the Cleveland area and graduated from Fairview Park high school. He served in the Marines from 1964 to 1968 during the Vietnam War. When he returned home, Kisvardai started a painting and repair business. By the 80's, Joe was working for artists Berenice Kent and Edris Eckhardt and from there he eventually developed friendships with many Cleveland School Artists. John Bonebrake collection

The John C. Bonebrake collection consists of two watercolor drawings executed by Bonebrake during his scholarship summer in France in 1939. Each drawing is signed in pencil in the lower right corner and inscribed with the title in the lower left corner.
