Antwoine Washington print "Foundations of Wonder"
One linocut print by Antwoine Washington titled "Foundations of Wonder" with master printer Michael Whitehead. The limited-edition print was commissioned as a part of a collaboration between Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Public Library, and Zygote Press and was sold at the Cleveland Museum of Art's store in association with the 2025 exhibition "Karamu Artists Inc.: Printmaking, Race, and Community."
Art objects in British Museum's postcards
Originally entering the Ingalls Library collection from about 1918 to around 1938, these postcards were probably collected about the same time and presumably by William M. Milliken. The postcards are divided into two series by museum. Paper indices in box 1.
Arthur Hind collection
Artist Portrait Photographs
This collection is a small group of photographs of artists by various photographers. Some folders contain multiple images. The group was apparently a gift to the library from James Porter. All rights are retained by the photographers. The Ingalls Library keeps clipping files on many of the artists listed. This is indicated by a "see also library clipping file" note in the file name.
August F. Biehle collection from the Biehle Family Archive
August Frederick Biehle, Sr. stencil collection
These stencils were probably used by Biehle in the decoration of homes of Cleveland's elite in the late nineteenth century.
Bonfoey Gallery artists
The images in this collection depict artworks by artists represented by the Bonfoey Gallery. Analog images are slides and the digital images came to the archives on CDs and DVDs as an accretion to the original collection in 2024. Artist information for the artists represented in the accretion was extracted from the Bonfoey Gallery website and individual artists websites where available in 2024.
