Cleveland Museum of Art Posters
Exhibition, event, gallery, and marketing posters. Exhibition posters that are listed twice indicate that more than one graphic design has been used. Series three includes posters created for gallery reinstallations, general posters featuring artwork in the collections, and marketing posters. Some posters are mounted. Posters are stored in flat file cabinets which is why no box numbers are included.

Cleveland Museum of Art Radio Talks
This small collection on microfilm consists of transcripts of radio talks presented by museum staff on local radio stations on various topics including the May Show, the Museum's twentieth anniversary, exhibitions, collections, and programs. Regretfully, there are no audio files to accompany the transcripts.
Cleveland Museum of Art slide collection
Slides from various offices depicting exhibitions, events, and views of the museum and museum construction. Included are a large number of exhibition installation slides from former museum designer, William Ward. Slides are stored in slide boxes in cool storage. Folder titles refer to the subject heading of a particular group of slides. Subject headings can include any number of slides.

Includes files about exhibitions held at the Cleveland Museum of Art or another venue, canceled exhibitions, and proposed (or declined) exhibitions. They may also include gallery rotations, reinstallations, and recent acquisitions displays. Currently this collections is 52 cubic feet in 104 boxes.
William Ward records
The William Ward collection contains records of his work as museum designer and in the museum education department including correspondence, design project files, subject files, and records of the construction of the Breuer wing. The collection dates from 1946 through 1989.
