This small collection on microfilm consists of transcripts of radio talks presented by museum staff on local radio stations on various topics including the May Show, the Museum's twentieth anniversary, exhibitions, collections, and programs. Regretfully, there are no audio files to accompany the transcripts.

The Registrar's Office Loan and Editorial Photographs include images of May Show objects, objects lent for exhibitions, Cleveland art collections, Educational classes and programs, Cleveland views, Cleveland Museum of Art views, and artist portraits.

Scope and Contents note The original organization of the collection was haphazard with no discernable order, mostly it was segregated by media type. The collection contains diverse media including papers, books, photographs, slides, negatives, reel to reel film, VHS, models made of clay or wood, and awards and medals. It is arranged by series, then by subseries, thereafter alphabetical or chronological. Scope and Contents note This collection comprises of two bound scrapbooks. The scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings, exhibition catalogs, correspondence, and awards. The scrapbooks were compiled sometime after 1960 and each one spans roughly thirty years. Both are arranged in a rough chronological order. One is committed to the documentation of Mabel Hewit's interaction with the May Show and covers from 1936 to 1961.
