Artists who wanted to exhibit a work for the Insight/Onsite exhibition were required to send a written proposal, drawings to describe the piece, and a budget. Proposals for artwork are filed alphabetically, followed by individual folders for each of the accepted artists. These folders include correspondence, detailed descriptions of the accepted pieces, and artists' biographies. The original proposals of the accepted artists are included in the Proposals folders.
