This collection consists of audio visual presentations including slide shows with a pre-recorded audio track produced by the museum education department, 1968-early 1990's. Each file contains the slides and presentation script unless otherwise noted. The audio tracks have been sampled [audio master=1/4 inch reel to reel tape; cartridge= 1/4 inch tape in an 8-track-like cartridge]. They have not been digitized.

Scope and Contents note This collection spans from approximately the appointment of Sherman E. Lee in 1952 to about Stanislaw J. Czuma’s retirement in 2005. It is almost equally divided amongst its series: Exhibitions, Dealers Files, Correspondence, Loans, and Subject Files. Though numerous curators served during this timeframe, the majority of materials originate from Michael R. Cunningham and Stanislaw J. Czuma, circa 1975-2003. Scope and Contents note The collection of materials was artificially brought together from materials gathered by Harold T. Clark, the buildings and grounds department, the director's office, and possibly other departments as well. Over time the original provenance and order of the of the records was lost. Clark stored many of the records in his office in downtown Cleveland, possibly because the museum was closed and had no where else to keep them, not necessarily because he was the records creator.
