Patron Preview lists are alphabetical lists of Board of Trustees, Advisory Council, Women's Council and purchasers from the previous year's May Show which were compiled to send invitations to the current preview of the May Show. Press Previews were organized to introduce the press to the May Show. Lists of invitees and attendees are included. The museum provided those who attended the preview with publicity materials, some of which are included here.
