Scope and Contents note Reports were filed for objects that incurred damage during the period the object was in the possession of The Cleveland Museum of Art. The files consist of general reports/incident reports and memoranda from the conservation department and May Show personnel. Not all damages were documented by conservation. The catalog copy is the final draft version of the May Show catalog. The final version is The Bulletin of The Cleveland Museum of Art, series 5.3. Earlier catalog copy may be found in the Director's office chronological files.
