Scope and Contents note From the Series: The records of the Director's office remain in original order. Folders are arranged chronologically by each May Show. All of the correspondence is filed alphabetically by correspondent name, with form letters and general information appearing at the beginning of each year. Files are sparse for the 1950s and 1960s, and records from 1951-1956 are nonexistent.
