Cleveland Museum of Art Department of Education 16 millimeter film collection
Films produced by children in the Education Department's youth classes, educational films produced by the Education Department, and other films not related to the Cleveland Museum of Art. Three of the films, "Motion and the Image" (1962), "The Most Unforgettable Tiger We've Known" (1965), and "Lights Out - Locked Up" (1972) have been digitized and preserved through a grant from the National Film Preservation Foundation and are available to view on the Ingalls Library website.
Cleveland Museum of Art Department of Education audio-visual slide presentations
This collection consists of audio visual presentations including slide shows with a pre-recorded audio track produced by the museum education department, 1968-early 1990's. Each file contains the slides and presentation script unless otherwise noted. The audio tracks have been sampled [audio master=1/4 inch reel to reel tape; cartridge= 1/4 inch tape in an 8-track-like cartridge]. They have not been digitized.

Slide packets were produced by the department of education for use by classroom teachers. Packets may include teacher resources, activity packets, slides, and booklets all based on a specific theme in a specially designed notebook.
