Operational and Sales Procedures, [ca. 1971]
Scope and Contents note
Operational and sales procedures were outlined for the volunteers at the front desk of the May Show. The records relate to daily activity, including general information about processing May Show entries, patron previews, as well specific sales procedures. A notebook outlining all of the tasks and providing examples of sales forms was created around 1983. Scheduling material and thank-you notes to the volunteers are included in some of the folders.
