Scope and Contents note
Examination of entry blank samples reveals the changes made over time in the entry requirements for the May Show. Oversize entry blank examples for the May Show, from 1973-1987, are filed with oversized materials. Additional samples may be found in series 1, the chronological files of the Director's office. The May Show office also collected entry blanks for shows at other museums, as an aid in determining the format for the May Show entry forms, and to examine entry requirements at other shows. Examples of entry blanks from other museums are organized alphabetically.
