This series documents the duties of the Secretary-Treasurer and the general financial status of ASA. For the period 1953-1979 this documentation is in the form of audited financial statements. Detailed receipt and disbursement ledgers are available for 1958-1972. This series includes correspondence related to financial matters such as investments and annual audits. Also part of the series are scattered trust statements and IRS federal form 990 from scattered years 1948-1973.
